me and my partner spent 4 days at this hotel i wish that was just a bad dream first this place is covered with mold the room were dirty sheila at the desk were extreamly rude all the timeand always on the cell phone no one dressep professional the maintenance staff were a eye soar upon our arrival there was a handicap guy in a wheel chair cursing everybody. the amount of students that lives there i think i went to visit my son in his dorm students constantly complaining about getting sick from mold this place needs to be leveled and rebuildim i was sorry for the staff because they had no answers overall please spend your money elsewhere

This hotel had great food and drinks. We enjoyed the pool area and although the beach wasn't right next to the hotel, we liked it. You have to walk a little to the beach and sometimes the employees gave us a ride on golf carts. I really liked the restaurant/bar by the beach. It was quiet and there were a lot of students who live there. But they weren't rowdy so for the most part it was a nice quiet trip. There weren't any hotel activities so basically went went on a tour everyday. We went all over the island since it's so small. If you want a fancy hotel go to the Marriott across the street but if you just want to relax and experience St. Kitts then this hotel is ok. The waitresses were a little slow but for the most part, the staff was friendly.

We booked this place as an all inclusive but as of May 1st it has become to all intents a student hostel.Terrible food, no entertainment no activities and the staff are totally desondent. We received no apology from the owner who ate in the restaurant at the same time as us. More often than not there was only him and us in their. My advice is DONT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE

Absolutely loved the laid back atmosphere of the hotel. First impressions were of the beautiful gardens to the front.( you dont get them at the concrete and marble hotel accross the road!).
As we arrived a local band was playing and the rum punches were being distributed, we soon felt at home and joined in with the fun before we had dumped our bags!
The room was clean and spacious and kept imaculate by Naomi.
Excellent tempting buffets and outstanding Al a carte, the only negative comment would be the lack of atmosphere in the 2nd dining room. As most meals were served in the outside dining room it didn't matter.
Nightly entertainment was non intrusive with Fridays stilt walkers and entertainers a highlight not to be missed, the poor guy that fell of his stilt was having a bad day!
A great place for weddings, we saw two very different ones, both were beautiful.
