“Fabulous Finnish Guest House”

On a Finnish archipelago cycling tour, booked through freedomtreks.co.uk, we were booked into Tom Carling's Vastergard guest house for 2 nights. The place is fabulous - spacious comfortable and classy accommodation in a barn conversion miles from anywhere. Supremely tranquil with forests and lakes (with free to use rowing boat and easy hire cycles). Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in and top class Finnish breakfast. Kitchenette or gas BBQ for dinner, or Tom & his wife will serve you the best smoked salmon you've ever tasted.

Loved every minute of it...
