“Quite Good!”

I went to this hotel in August 2011 and when i saw the sight i was not sure about it but as i looked around i really liked it, However my room me and my sister shared with my mum and dad had a veiw of a forest and all you could hear was cherp cherp cherp from the crickets there must have been alot to make that sound, also every morning at about 6.00 o'clock a cockerel went off and i was woken by the sound! Every now and again i heard something like a cow i wasn't sure what it was! But im not making this hotel look bad heres the upside: The staff were very kind and they took out bags up to our room whereas it was very early in the morning at about 5.oo o'clock and it took 2 hours to get from the airport to here as we went up all the mountains so we got there about 7 and i hadn't slept since when we were in England i don't sleep on planes or buses so they did stop for a few breaks and when we got
there we sat on our beds and they were very comfortable indeed we packed our things into our wardrobes and went to the pool I went on some nice slides with my 8 year old cousin they were very fun slides and safe. The food was really nice although i am a fussy eater and did not really eat anything so my mum said the food was nice and i asked some other people too
theres not much else to say but the pools were very nice and it was warm there and Thank you for the wonderful stay! :)

Room Tip: I think you should pick pool side veiw it would be nice!

“Very disappointed”

My husband and I read the reviews on Tripadvisor for the hotel before booking a holiday for my daughter, grandaughter and myself.
Having arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning with a 3 year old, we were allocated a room with only one bed. We had booked a room with 2 beds and a cot as I was travelling with my daughter and grandaughter. The only option offered was to downgrade from the 5 star wing to a 4 star room and pay extra. On waking we were horrified to see the state of the room. The bathroom was disgusting, cracked tiles, dust filled fan unit over the shower, chrome shower control covered in scale, filthy toilet, broken power point near the wash basin, the carpet in the room and the bathroom tiled floor were dirty, wood was cracking off the doors, the outside balcony furniture was covered in a white powder and needed replacing due to weathering. Tiles on the roof below the balcony were cracked, this was over a main pathway. There were also open power points level with the bed height.
After breakfast on our first morning we went to the childrens pool with my grandaughter. The baby pool is circular and measures about 3 metres across. The plastic drainage cover was unsafe, in places it was raised up and I saw several children trip on it. I asked a hotel worker if it could be looked at as it was potentially dangerous but he gave a cursory glance but nothing was done about it, even by the next day.
At lunchtime we would have liked to try some of the freshly prepared food being cooked at the food stand next to the pool bar area, but there was no cutlery or plates. I asked a member of staff (on behalf of several people who were also waiting patiently) I was assured that they would be brought over very quickly. The member of staff did come over minus the plates etc and chatted to the girl behind the bar.
In the afternoon whilst my grandaughter was playing in the pool some hotel guests started throwing glasses and cans down from their balcony which overlooked the pool. My daughter and other parents went to one of the pool staff to report what was happening but he told them that he couldn't do anything and to go up to the reception. Nothing was done.
The food was not of a 4/5 Star standard, it was very mediocre. and not particularly appetising When we discussed the problems we encountered with our 'Rep' she said "We had to understand that it wasn't the same as a 4/5 Star in many parts of the world." I can vouch for that.
If you enjoy exceptionally loud entertainment which is heard through walls and double glazing on the top floor, in the block furthest away from the entertainment stage and which continued after midnight, this hotel would be perfect for you.
Our room was not serviced at all whilst we were there, and we ended up making our own beds on the second night.
The tattoo parlour was also a rather strange 'shop' to have within the hotel.
I appreciate that our opinion of the hotel was not helped by the parents who decided that their pre-teen children did not require any supervision and left them to cause havoc in the baby pool by attacking the toddlers and taking their toys. One little Russian boy was dragged out of the pool by his feet because he couldn't understand what the older boy was saying. When challenged they were extremely rude to everyone who spoke to them. The staff were not interested in helping.

This hotel is marketed as a 4/5 Star, having travelled all over the world this has to be the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at in 40 years. We checked out on our second day and checked in to the Elegance Hotel (I am going to review this hotel and show photos) The very small additional cost was well worth it, we had a wonderful time.
We travelled to the Green Nature Resort last July and I have waited until now - February- to see how I felt about this hotel. This was meant to be a relaxing break but even now I feel upset when I think about the hotel that had promised so much but delivered nothing but sub-standard accommodation and service. Unfortunately the photos I took showing the dreadful state of our room and the childrens pool would breach the Tripadvisor rules for publication, I have shown them to horrified friends.

“So good, I'm going back this year!”

I went to Turkey for the first time in May 2010 (not March 2011 like Trip Advisor is making me put!). I never thought I would like Turkey, but it was fantastic. The hotel was amazing and I am returning to Turkey this year with a friend, so we have chosen this hotel again! I've always said I would never go back to the same place twice, especially the same hotel, but this hotel was so fantastic, how could I not return?!
The spa is over priced (as is any spa) and you can get the same treatments from a local place for a lot less. Also, if you book any trips, DON'T do it through your rep. We booked through our rep and it cost us 3 times as much as our friends (who we met on holiday) and they had booked through a local agent!

Room Tip: There are 2 parts to the hotel, one 5* and one 4*, both are nice (I've seen rooms in both parts...

we travelled as a family of 9 in the last wk of october 11, the staff were very friendly and helpful, stil in touch with a couple of the reps who were brilliant with our 4 young children, food was a nice variety and plentiful, added bonus we had a full wk of glorious weather, spent most of our time at the resort so cant say much about marmaris etc itself, rooms were lovely and clean and the maids worked very hard! would definitely recommend and we are hoping to go back again this year.

Room Tip: we had a club annexe room which we were a bit dubious about due to reading reviews before travelling...

“Southampton Family, Great Bargain”

Our party had nan, grandad, me, my 17 yr old daughter, her friend and my 15yr old son. We went April 2011 for a week and enjoyed the holiday. The hotel had what we needed. Not much evening entertainment, plenty of different food each meal time sitting. A tip for you all, they do food in the onsite snack bar restaurant near the end of the grounds. During the day the kids can get ice creams etc. Never ran out of drinks while we were there. Hotel staff very helpful and polite, especially the cleaners/chambermaids. The town itself was a short walk. The market quite a distance, walk if fit but if not, I'd advise getting a taxi or dolmus as my dad did struggle with the walk. I'm actually going back this easter as got another bargain :)

Room Tip: In the main lounge get your evening seats early
