Love this hotel, from walking in to going home you no your on holiday - staff are the best you can get, these guys work very hard but have always got a smile on there faces they help everyone with anything they need.. the food and drink is fantastic and great prices too.! Entertainment is non-stop.. pool with slides is excellent & kids pool is fab.. the man on reception & security guy are lovely they will have chats and jokes with you.. can't wait to get back too my 2nd home ..very family friendly but is also great for couples and groups .. love this place.. x

Went here last year in June 2010, dont know if anything has changed since then. From what i can recall, the rooms were really bad, the couch one of us had to sleep on was rock hard, the walls were paper thin, lots of noise of kids running up and down hallways all night, very basic room. Wasnt allowed to take any inflatables on the slides, there were adults getting drunk around the kiddies pools. We were told we was not allowed to buy drinks from supermarket up the road?, that we had to buy them there at there own little shop?, which was twice the price, we got stopped on one occasion because we went to the supermarket, they got really funny.
The food at the place was pretty good...The weather was great...Didnt like the hotel as you can guess, much better hotels in the Armatulan area of Marmaris... I definately would not recommend, Unless things have been changed in the last year or so?...

Back from the Alpina a week ago and yet again had a fantastic holiday.The umpteenth time we have been and couldnt ask for any better.The staff are second to none,and unlike many hotels we have stayed in over the years even the management and owners take time to speak.We have been as a couple and a family(for many years with 3 teenage daughters)and never experienced any problems.In fact the kids came home and asked us to book again & again & again.We visited in August this year as a family and were instantly greeted by all staff,management and owners and recieved the same treatment in October.Rooms are always clean,towels changed daily etc etc etc.Food has always been great and yet again,the staff have been brilliant,not only with myself and my wife but with the kids(when they were younger) and now as they are adults.Entertainment is always fun but does need updating every now and then(and that would be the only downside)We will be staying again,I am sure our children will go alone and we would highly recommend to family and friends.Just a little unsure if the people who have made really negative comments have stayed in a different Alpina to us.

my family have just got back from 2 weekys in club alpina .i go to mairaris 3 times a year and this is the worst hotel that i have stoped in the bar staff are sex mad and talk about it in front of children and how maney condons they have used this season ali g an mikey are the worest and they are all married with kids well me and my hubby was at the pool side and there is cats all over and cat pooh for kids to stand in and the slide is only on when it is ok for the staff to put it on we had no clean towels for 3 days and no clean sheet on the kids beds for12 day well if you could call it a bed one of my sons had a mattress on the floor as the sofa beds are old and they are on the floor with wood sticking up on it and this is the only hotle i hae ever known you hae to buy your own toilet roll it is very noisy all the time staff going in and out of girls rooms people throw thing off balconeysand when you tell staff they dont doe anythink you dont have chairs on your balconey this hotel has nothink for kids to doe my sons aged 11 and 9 were very bored no entertainment what so ever only bingo they hated this hotel and they still want to know what condoms are as they got it from the bar staff how maney they have used well they like to play safe never the less people with kids shouldnt go to this hotle especially if you have young daughters but this is just my opinion just be worned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
