Here is a synopsis of our holiday at Playadulce hotel.
We were staying just for a couple of nights on an all inclusive break. The taxi from the airport cost us 25 Euros.
On arrival - we were a bit early but they allowed us the check in. The hotel reception and public areas were four star. The pools were nice and the other facilities although sometimes hard to find were also quite good.
The rooms although large and clean were a bit 'worn'. I feel they needed refurbishment.
The hotel did cater for English but we were in the minority, alot of Spanish seem to go there.
The restaurant buffet was OK (not in the same league as the carribean) - it only offered a limited amount as it was off season when we went.
The hotel location was good for access to the beach/promenade but a bit of a walk to the marina and the main shops (there was a small shopping centre close by too).
We also went to Roquetas de Mar for an afternoon, slightly nicer beaches and overall a bigger resort but no better or worse than Aguadulce.
Overall, for three adults/two rooms, all inclusive, we paid under £200 for two nights. We were happy with what we got.
Please note, this was a VERY quiet resort at the time we went so I would think it is'nt suitable for those who want to party!
