Stayed for one night. Rooms are clean and well designed. The hotel is situated quite far from the center of verona but if you're here with a car and gps that would be no problem. Brakfast is good, and overall a good option for a stay when your traveling to verona.

That was a strange property... Located in the middle of nowhere (would we have found it without a GPS?) quite a big place .... with a summer camp atmosphere! Place was filled with loud groups of teenage football players from Azerbaidjan.
This being said we had a room of surprisingly good standing, with a nice jacuzzi like bathtub.
the other strange thing was that there was no electricity in the hallways, just a very dim blue light, which made it scary for my 13 years old to go back to the room by herself with all the football guys whistling and lurking around.
Reception staff was plain horrible, not to say rude, but rest of the staff was fine, especially in the restaurant where they were very nice.
We stayed there only one night, the room was just fine which was, after all, good enough.

1 ) Central location (even though Vilafranca is a small town) - its 20-30 minutes ride on bus (or even less by car) from Verona, somewhere around a hour ride from Venice and a little bit more from Milano.
2) Awesome rooms, with good TV (Finally some channels in English), air conditioning, free wi-fi, pool - the hotel even have a beauty center with spa.
Rich breakfast and large variety of dishes to choose from
3) The bed wasn't designed for two people - it was 2 single bed's drawn one beside the other.

Terrible hotel! Our whole experience was awful.

We checked in to our room for a one night stay to find that the toilet did not flush. We informed reception and were told that they would have to talk to management about fixing it but it would probably not be today. The receptionist did not seem at all bothered by the inconvenience this would cause us, she just informed us that the closest public toilet was five floors away!. And we were told that the hotel was full so we could not move to another room. So we had to fill the dustbin with water to flush the toilet. And the bin was damp which shows that we were not the first guests to have had this problem!

The information book in the room stated that there was a safe in the wardrobe but there wasn't! There was also no clothes rail in the wardrobe!

The book also stated that the water in the minibar was complimentary but the other drinks chargeable. The minibar however was empty!

We left our key with reception when we went out for the evening and came back 6 hours later to find it still sitting on the reception desk by itself. Anybody could have picked this up and gone up to our room!

The hotel is on a main road with constant traffic throughout the night. We were up on the 5th floor but were still woken at 8am on Sunday morning to the sound of the gardener mowing the lawns and talking really loudly. We were then woken again by the chambermaids talking extremely loudly in the corridor with no consideration that guests may be sleeping! It was just impossible to get any sleep in this hotel!

Breakfast was a huge buffet with what looked like a good variety but the hot food was cold despite the fact that I saw them bring it out straight from the kitchen.

All in all a terrible experience from start to finish.
