Stockholm is a lovely Scandinavian city but terribly expensive.
So if you want a 3*+ (they say 4*) service 15 minute Tunnelbana (metro) away from the centre then try this one at a price of an 'outskirts' hotel.
Situated strangely in the centre of a shopping centre you cannot find the entrance the first time round.
Getting out of the Shop-centre 10m (YES! ten metres!) away htere is the entrance to the Tunnelbana.

The hotel is located in a fairly recently built shopping plaza and is clean, well presented and next to the Solna underground station that provides easy access to Stockholm City centre which takes about 20 minutes. The breakfast was a hot buffet bar and very good. The staff were very friendly and competent. The hotel has a small car area which provides Italian style light meals just off the lobby area, which was good and very adequate for a light snack. There is also a restaurant on the 1st floor which appeared comfortable. Although I didn't eat there the meals were in the region of 350SK for a main course, plus wines, deserts or starters if required. I would be happy to stay there again and to recommend it to my friends.

it's a nice hotel located in the middle of nowhere (though i am sure for those who need Solna specifically it's a great plac to be) with good breakfast, a bit smelly (cannot understand the origin of that smell) rooms, old towels, limited TV channels and no free Internet. The overall experience is not too bad, but i don't think i got any positive impressions on the other hand..

Full 4 stars service at a great price (search for the best rate online, though), in a big mall in a quiet neighborhood, a few meters from the Solna Centrum "Tunnelbana" station. Huge breakfast buffet available.
