“Good family hotel”

It was a very nice holiday in Atrium Hotel. Very good family hotel, very good services & food. Far away from the beach, but still, there is a shuttle bus going from the hotel to the beach starting from 10.00 till 18.00. Very good value for the money. We didn't stay at the beach in Pefkohori, we have choose a lovely beach in Chroussou (7 km south from Pefkohori).

“Atrium Hotel has gone down the pan a little”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 September 2011

I wrote a review in 2007 about this hotel. I have stayed there recently and although the view and pool are still as good, I found the food in the restaurant is not of the same quality and found the service in the restaurant and the reception not as friendly and efficient as in previous years, although one receptionist was very helpful and informative.
The hotel turned the the air conditioning off on September 1st, and as the tempreture was 30C during the day and 20C+ at night, this was dissappointing as it made sleeping uncomfortable.
Overall, I wouldn't stay there again, I'm sorry to say.

“Mixed feelings”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 September 2011

Me and my family spent nine days in early September at the Hotel Atrium - Pefkohori.Kato Overall, the hotel leaves a good impression, but some seemingly minor flaws spoil the overall picture.
The biggest problem was with the water pressure in the shower - The shower ran very poorly or only cold or only hot water.
The prices of the drinks offered at the pool bar are also quite high.
The hotel has no Internet connection.
Definitely not 4 star.

Room Tip: Do not take a room on the ground floor.

“Rather a 3* than a 4* hotel”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 August 2011

We were a "team" of 30 of which 7 kids. Hotel is situated on a hill (accesibility only by small buses and cars, no tour operator bus) (-), aprox 1,5 km from beach (there is a small shuttle bus to beach, until 18:00)(+). The rooms are a bit tight , but clean and tidy (the wall is thin and easily you can hear the people next door), the furniture need some fixings and a paint for walls is wellcomed (-). The room had a fridge (+) but the TV was a old fashion 37" CRT (-) and with limited selection of TV broadcast (just 10)(-). The food was ok (all inclusive) still limited in the choices and the availability was related to local brands (-). The pool is OK, also the one for kids.
The staff is helpfull and willing to listen to your requests. (+)
I said is rather 3* considering the fact that there are no towels for the pool (-), there is not internet accesibility (nor wifi, nor via cable) (-), also we have been visited by ants (in bathroom) (-).
So there are quite some "must" in order to be a 4*, until then, just 3*.
