Stayed here for 1 night while visiting friends in Knottingley.
Finding it was a bit of a pain - when we put the postcode in our satnav we ended up in an industrial estate which I think may have been somewhere just behind the hotel, but we got there after a couple of attempts.
Checking in was fine, hotel was clean and exactly what you expect for a budget motel chain. One thing to be aware of though - no lifts. My partner is on crutches at the moment so that wasn't brilliant.
The room was spacious and had all the facilities you would expect (tv, hairdryer, teamaking etc) but nothing to get excited about. I wasn't very impressed by the shower - fixed head and awkward mixertap made getting the temperature and power right without getting soaked/scalded difficult, and a very high sided bath again not ideal to negotiate with a leg injury.
Service at breakfast was definitely the best part of the stay - very friendly, very helpful.
My general impression was of a functional branded motel with no personal touches and probably due a bit of an update.
Overall, fine for business trips but too anonymous and featureless to recommend for leisure visits.
