The hotel is family run. Services and assistance are wonderful. The room is very comfortable and the price is fair (the rate fluctuate depending on the high or low period in the season). Continental breakfast is provided with the room as well as a dinner is available for additional charge (menu is local and and the choices varied). Best combination of service and comfort for a great price. I have stayed in this hotel since 2005 (about twice yearly: Dec/Jan and Mar/Apr). Close to some very best slopes for night skiing/snowboarding as well as other slopes in the area (Canazei, Arabba, Marmolada, Belvedere just to name a few).

We we recently returned from a 5 night stay at Hotel Cristallo Vigo di Fassa a small town in the Dolomites. Our room was very clean and comfortable with a nice view on the mountains. The breakfast was good with lots of selection - yogurt, fruit, cereal, bread, cheese, meat etc . Food at the restaurant is excellent with Italian and local dishes. Parking is free. Internet corner available € 2,50 per hour and wi-fi also in the room.
Nothing too much trouble for the staff - always on hand, very attentive to needs and added some welcome personal touches to the service and plenty of good advice.
The only downside was the sauna (free) jacuzzi area a bit small.
We would definitely stay at Hotel Cristallo again if we were to be in the Dolomites
