My wife's birthday approaching, she asked if we could go to a nice country pub for her birthday lunch, she insisted we book in advance as our daugther, husband, and 14 month old grandchild would also be attending, we rang to book asking if we could have a childs seat put at the table, on arriving we found that the reserved table had no child's seat or a place to put one, on complaining to the management ,we were told that sorry they only had two childs seats and they had been given to someone else, we then had no choice but to leave (with birthday cake in hand) and try to find somewhere else to go, without no real apology .
Sorry Giants Rest , but this just isn't good enough!!!
