Nice location, warm welcome, beautiful landscape..., phantastic wines. From the location is ist possible to make nice trips to Siena, Volterra, Montereggione, San Gmignano (to much tourists). The best was a trip around Chianti. Wine tasting ist a must- we learn many about wine!

We had a lovely two weeks in this wonderful place in the middle of the Chianti area in Tuscany. The place is just beautiful between the wine yards and the olive trees. The appartments are in the old buildings of a 700 year old nun monastry. The wine of the Borgo itsself is very tasty and the owners were very friendly and cooked a dinner for their guests. The kids loved the swimmingpool and played with the little kittens that run around the yard.
The only disadvantage of the place is the mosquito's in and out the house. We couldn't open any windows because there were no mosquito screens placed in the windows.

A beautiful set of restored buildings, spacious grounds and pool. Beautiful trees and fields surround ...Delightful place - but also made very special by the warmth of the hostess and family.
We NZders loved the location - a car is very necessary - but easy travel to many interesting hilltowns we'd not heard of as well as all the famous ones like Siena, Monteriggioni etc.
Amenities - supermarket in Colle d'Elsa 3 km ... BBQ, washing machine etc all available.
You can be as sociable as you want (or not) as each apartment has its own terrace- table space. The pool is a good meeting place for young people and children.

It's a small, romantic, well located casa de vacanze in a beautiful environment, 7 kilometers from the village. It has separate appartments in a few houses, situated on a well kept ground with typical Tuscany lawn and garden, run by a family who owns also the winery. The athmosphere is romantic, cosy and very well suited to relax, to visit cultural sites from there, to go to the village, to meet other guests in a easy going way with enough privacy.
