Had a great time at the evalena, studio room overlooking pool/sea view best view ever. Room was spacious and comfortable. Air con was good just a bit noisy to sleep with it on.
Protaras is a lovely place the walkway from pernera to fig tree bay is lovely we walked it everyday.
The blue spice restaurant in pernera is worth going to also Georgias steak house was lovely in protaras.
Only downside was the lack of maid service, bed linen changed twice in two weeks and one time had to make beds oursevles they has just left the linen in a pile, pillowcases only changed once, so were the hand towels at one stage only had one of those, bath towels changed 3 times and yes bed linen is stained and towels do smell like they have only been rinced and not washed. I did take my own towels after reading reviews good job i did. Rooms were cleaned every other day to a very poor standard. The hotel itself was spotless just room service let it down.

First of all Evalena is a lovely place to have a holiday. Steve, Maggie and Michael looked after us and they where very very helpful at all times. Our sea room view was great and every morning we enjoyed looking at the sun rise, excellent sea / beach views from our balcony or from our bedroom patio window. Our room was cleaned every day with clean towels every other day. The pool and all other areas in the Evalena are clean and spotless, the staff work very hard and are very polite. The breakfast was very tasty and we never had to wait to be served. Please dont read all those negative reviews because if they want 5 star hotels then go and pay their prices. We have already booked for next year and cant wait.!!!!! The hotel is only minutes away from shops, clubs, restaurants, bus route, taxis, 35 minutes away from Lanarca airport, beaches, boat trips and all other activites that you might required.

Right, where to start...People seriously need to stop being so bloody snobby, the apartment was clean and tidy with plenty of space. We went self catering but never cooked because what is the point of going on holiday to cook? just doesn't make sense!!! The pool was good and has two bars that serve food and drinks. It even has the internet! The only downsides is that it could do with the interior being updated and the aircon being in both rooms. Overall, We had a fantastic holiday and the location of the hotel is spot on. If you are wanting to cook everyday then it's not the place for you but if you are going to have a break and use to sleep and get ready then it's perfect. Oh and if you are expecting a 5* hotel for 3* prices then you seriously need to have a word with yourselves! :)

Ok lets kick off with the down bits because theres only a couple..Could do with a realy good update or painted inside,The rooms arnt the cleanest eaither,and dont do self c...The noise from local kids at night...Thats it..Now all the great bits,locaction WOW...stunning,,,theres so many shops and bars,and supermarkets within a 100yrd its crazy.Staff Fantastic,maggie and steve at reception were blimming helpfull .bar starff couldent do enough for you ..(thankfully louis has left) ..BIG GEORGE the chief was so cool ,i had t.bone stake every night.£8..the pool is cleaned every day at 0630 and spotless ..we loved it so much we went back in august but it was full and ended up in the chrystella (wot a mess horrible).i made a point of going to see the staff there and keep intouch with them..we paid £500 for 1 week self c.(june )inculding parking and insurance..This little place is great,yes you have to pay for air con and safe box..i wouldent bother with the safe box ,,its like cyprus all over so,so, friendly and trustworthly ,,wonderful wonderful place.Top tip fig tree bay is fantastic,,make the effort and right up the end where there a reef and you can feed the fish with a little breed......Well go on get packing your love it..
