Just returned after half term week, found hotel very clean though very basic rooms. They were quite large. The beds and bedding very good. The pool very clean though a little cold.
Area around excellent, new promenade walk all way to Fig Tree Bay is great with lots to see and place to call in for a drink/meal. All staff were very friendly. All in all I can recommend this hotel.

I have just arrived home from anotheroutstanding holiday at the PlatomareApartments in Pernera, Protaras in Cyprus.

He is wonderful as are all these people at this family run hotel. Not far from a beach and shops, within walking distance to Protaras or if you like you can get a bus for 1 euro.
The rooms are spacious and clean with plenty of sheet and towel changes.
The food in the restaurant is good at good prices,( you gotta try one of Yiannis,s Cheeseburgers)
IS,HAS BEEN and ALWAYS WILL BE my jewel in the Meditteranean,
Love it all. These people become your friends because they know you by name, NOT just a number as in other hotels, we love you all very much

hi there, i have just came back from a 2 week stay at the platomare hotel/apts in pernera, this is my 11th year there and it just keeps getting better, the family atmoshere is so welcoming, the reception staff are very friendly, as are thebarstaff florin and yhannis, and claudio the chef, in fact everyone is, so a big thankyou to catherine, thea, adam, yhannis florin, claudio, jean, terry and all for a wonderful stay, see you all next year, THANKS HELEN HANNA

This was our first visit to Cyprus having previously stayed in family run apartments in Greece and Turkey. The location was perfect, easy walking distance to beach and restaurants.
Staff made us feel like part of the family with Jean and Terry being the icing on the cake.
Every evening when we returned from our days activities the welcome was just like coming home.
The food in the restaurant was excellent and very reasonably priced, always service with a smile.
A special mention must go to Florin who served in the restaurant and bar he was always attentive and had wonderful sense of humour together with an array of 'disguises'
Although this was our frst trip this will certainly not be out last.
