Love Cyprus, great place. Hotel ok, in need of updating though especially the rooms. Maid was very good kept room really clean. Food a bit disappointing, variety ok but mostly only luke warm. Bar staff and reception very friendly. Pool area clean and plently of spare sunbeds even at 10am. Leanne and Malky were excellent with the children and the adult entertainment throught the day and night. Always stay in 4* or above and I would say this is only a 3*. Will definitely return to Cyprus but would choose a different hotel.

we had agreat time at this hotel rooms are very clean bed was very comfortable and clean and the maids work very hard staff at the hotel are very helpful nothing is to much trouble leanne andmalky are very funny food was realy good and there is always plenty of fresh fruit at every meal would we go back in a heart beat

Having been there every year since 2007,we have become very good friends with most of the staff at this hotel,although we know the hotel needs updating we love the place/location and staff at this hotel (yiannis)being our main 1.It is ideal for familys & couples alike,its 2mins from beach,bars& resturants.The entertainment team leanne & malky are the best the hotel have ever had will be gutted not seeing them there next year.Every year we go we meet up with friends we've made the prevoius year.The resturant is so much better now its been updated,the rest of the hotel needs to follow suit,however it does'nt stop us going back every year as we love the place/people/staff its our second home.Our 2 children also love this hotel as they have plenty of ice cream.:) <3

This was are first time in cyprus and i have to say enjoyed it very much cant wait to go back. The hotel was ok needs alot of updating.Having said that the staff were friendly christof always worked hard and always knew are room number.The entertainment we were a bit dissappointed with no acts on or entertainment you could sit and watch . Leanne and Malky worked very very hard to keep everyone entertained night and day they were very funny and leanne has a brilliant voice when she sings, they are an asset to thomas cook. We just felt it would have been more enjoyable to have acts on from outside that the hotel pays for aswell.But we had a brilliant holiday and will be going back.
