Before myself, my husband and out 3 year old son went away, I checked trip advisior and most of the reviews were positve, but you always gets a really bad ones.....So Let me put your minds to rest. Im fussy trust, If I wasnt happy I would have moved hotels. Marlita is a 4 star hotel, it offers self catering in studio, 1 bed room and 2 bedroom apartments. Right in the beach and is about a 15 minute work into the town centre, but is a straight walk in and at night time, its stunning listening to the waves and watching the stars. We had a 1 bedroom apartment, it was a good size, bedroom was a good size, plenty of wardrope space, had two balcones. We were in block C room 11. No see view, but had no one looking in on us, and kept the room really cool. The maids came in EVERY DAY, new clean bedding sheets, cleans towels, cleaned bathroom, washed floors and done the dishes.....If you were self catering the marlita was offering to upgrade you to all inclusive for 33Euro extra per day, per person for a minium of 5 days and 16 euro for kids. We were happy staying self catering though. They have entertainment every night, not to every ones cup of tea, but you cant please every one. But they cater for kids really well. Mini Disco every night at 8.30pm till 9pm, then bingo and then 10pm the entertaiment starts. Our son had a ball. They also have a really good play park, there is only one way in and one way out, so you know they cant get ut without being caught. They have massage areas around the hotel starting from 15 euro for 15 mins up to 40 euro for a full body for 1 1/2 hours. the Hotel doesnt not take single girl or single male parties, its for families or couples, so there is never any noise. Few shops near the hotel for your pool toys, and nik naks. Baby wipes, little swimmers are expesive though, for wipes its about 3.90 euro per pack, and about 11 euro a pack for little swimmers water nappies. There is a wee resturant 2 mins from the hotel, its a traditional cypricot, they do 3 course set meals for 11 euros, and its lovely. We also went to Zaferos which you will find on the walk way heading into the town centre of protatra, but 5 min walk from the hotel, you can feed 2 adults and a child and drink for under 30 euros. Also at the hotel, you have the water park, which you'll find in the anastasia sister hotel, which is next door and is free to use weather you all inclusive or self catering, fun for the full family. The Marlita has a baby pool and a large swimming pool, a pool bar, lots of sun loungers, fun zone, and the staff cant be more helpful, nothing it too much. Bus stops about a 5 minute walk away, which will take you to ayia nappa, nissi bay, parlimini you can get a return journey for 2 euro PP, buses run every 2o minutes, from 6am right through until 4am. you get the 102 leaving protatras and the 101 coming back. Taxis can bump you though, should be 7 euro fro going 8km, but they have been known to bump tourists for 20 plus euro. We are planning on going back to the travel agents in a couple of months and will be booking back up to go back to the Marlita its safe, clean and lots for kids to do.
Being honest, any of the apartments are okay. You will hear a little bit of music from the hotel and...
