I have stayed in many guest houses over the years and can honestly say Derrin house is by far the best. !
My lovely en-suite room was immaculate, clean, tidy and well furnished and everything worked! Plus there was ample tea, coffee and milk.
The guest house as a whole was exactly the same and the breakfast...wow! cooked to order on the morning with all the trimmings including the lovely Irish soda bread! exactly what i needed before setting off out for the day. There is absolutely loads to do locally and you are only a half hour drive from Belfast city too. I must mention my hosts, Ivy and Siebe, they are helpful,polite and really looked after me, thank you both!
I will be back.

Thank you for your lovely review. Just to clarify, we serve potato bread not soda bread. There isn't room on the plate for the two varieties. Look forward to welcoming you back.
