We had booked a sea view room but got dumped in a room with no view at the back of the hotel which was also very cramped where we had 2 single beds and a rollaway instead of double and extra bed as per our booking. When I asked the front desk they said they were overbooked and no sea view was available as it was the weekend even though I had made the reservation over 6 mths before arriving! the lady at the front desk was trying to be accommodating and offered us an available 2nd room for no extra price so we could split 2 people on 1 and the 3rd person in the original room which was a reasonable compromise. Once settled the hotel itself is quite pleasant, in a good location and breakfast was very good. Free transfer to and from the boat terminal and also wifi. There was parking outside the hotel but don't count on it being available as it was high in demand as I think the spaces are shared with the hotel across the road. The shower in our room however was extremely small and difficult to use whereas the shower in the other room was better as shower/bath.
