Stayed here while waiting to catch the ferry to Portsmouth. We were originally booked to stay at the Formule1 behind the Ibis but it was too basic for us. Rooms were comfortable, typical Ibis layout and amenities but mine was close to the road so there was a lot of traffic noise until late. Shame Accor can't include wifi in the price which is not cheap. Restaurant was excellent and Paxti made sure we had extra helpings of vegetables and other delicious accompaniments to our meal. It's still quite a drive to the port in the morning but at least the roads should be quiet.

Hotel clean and comfortable. Very close to shopping centre and cafes, which are open Monday to Saturday. Friendly and helpful staff. We will stay here again.
Reduced rate for weekend stay is a bonus.

Good basic hotel, only 20mins by car to ferry port of Bilbao. Clean and good value for money, secure parking. Food in restruant very disapointing, manager apologetic and tried to make up for problems. Close to MAX shopping centre and Leisure complex with all the usual fast food chains.

staff were very helpful and friendly. the level of service was excellent.
the restaurant facilities ticked all the boxes. i enjoyed an evening meal which was really good, followed the next day by a perfect breakfast.
i would highly recommend this hotel
