"bad food, bad services". The hotel has several buildings. Most rooms are on a hill. You must use the elevator which often fails. In one day we had to climb stairs 150 meters away. We had half board dinner but water was not free (5 stars!!!!). Head of the room was not nice. actually was rather rude

This is hotel only for locals. First when we arrived the person (women) on reception was so unhappy that we disturbed her from her doing nothing. And instead of welcome drink we were met by the same anger person who helped us with our luggage. After that I was again stressed by the life- guard on a swimming pool. At the moment I was scared that he will tell me that I’m not allowed to be not only on a swimming pool but in hotel in general as my kids didn’t have a shower before they entered a baby pool. And every day in restaurant the person Sofia was so arrogant with us and our family and this is only because we are not locals and we put all bills on our room. Service is terrible.
And if I liked a beach I really don't understand why they tell that they have their own beach as I have to pay for it? This is definitely not a five star hotel. It's hardly a three star hotel. If you go there with your kids be ready that in August you will have a choice of apples and pears from fruits. And we were going by car to the supermarket (which is about 15 km from resort) to by fruits for kids. Being in Greece I haven't seen even one olive in hotel menu. I can write a lot about kids playground (it's even dangerous for babies); the quality of tennis courts (they haven't been renovated for many years), the sunbeds and tables in pool bar were not painted for many years. If I want to go to the three star hotel I will go there for less money, I really paid quite big amount for three star quality of service.

Great place to spend your holiday!!!Nice,clean and guarded pools(1 normal+1 for children).Reasonable prices,taking into consideration what does it offer and during the economical crisis.

This year i desided to spend my vacation in Chalkidiki.I was not sure when i chose Possidi Holidays because of the reviews written.Although i chose to check it myself.The hotel is old but really well maintained.I stayed in a double room on the bungalows with a perfect panoramic sea view.The room is spacious for 2 persons and the housekeeping adies are cleaning every day and that s excellent.The food on the breakfast and dinner buffet is really good and delicious.The service in the restaurant was more than perfect if you will find a word to describe it.The reception staff was helpfull and in every question and problems they were taking care of it immediately.The beach is so beautiful and clean.Is exactly as it appears in the fotos.I was prejudised with the reviews but i have now my own opinion and i suggest to whoever wants to visit it not to hesitate at all.Relaxing and beautiful place.
