my self and my husband have just returned from this hotel...we were broken into on our second night there ..they took everything we own including underwear. manangment were not bothered infact i had to ask for a meeting with the manager the next day. he offered nothing just another room and said this never happens..i advised him this was a lie as the guard told me 3 other families had been robbed that night. not a nice place to stay very hostile at times. no help offered to top it all they locals were shouting up at my room jeering us after they had robbed us. i wil not be returning

Wanted a cheap and cheerful holiday. Didn't expect any frills and was quite pleased with the overall set up of the apartments. They were basic and dated but clean and tidy. Nice family atmosphere and food from the restaurant was quite good and reasonably priced. On the 3rd day, we discovered €300 of our childrens money stolen from their purses and a Nintendo ds. The cleaning staff were the only people that had access to the apartment that day and when we brought it to the receptionists attention, we were told that we had wrongly accused the cleaning lady and the police were called . We were almost arrested but were told by the police that if we stopped accusing the cleaning staff, that would be no further action taken. I think this is a very dangerous place to stay for adults and children alike and from speaking to others there, they had similar experiences with money going missing.

Myself and my family had to find somewhere to stay as emergency accommadation due to spanish airport strike and this was cheap so booked it out of neccessity. Had a two year old with us and we would have sooner have kipped on the beach! It is not a place for families and children,clubbers only!!!!!!!!!

Ignore the bad reviews about this hotel! It is basic, but for the price you pay it's brilliant. The hotel is a stones throw away from the sea, about 2mins walk to a beach. The pool area is basic but more than enough beds, most days we could have the pool to ourselves. The view from our room was outstanding, we could see Formenterra and Ibiza Town!! Ask for a sea view, or even better ask for room 47!!! The rooms are basic, but come with balcony, free air con, not a spec of dirt to be seen, the decor is tired but who cares with a view like that! The beds are hard but again not an issue for the price we paid at all. The rooms are spacious with more than enough room for 3 people. The kitchen was clean and again spacious, there isn't an oven but we still managed to cook bits and pieces, but still don't let that put you off, the food at the hotel restaurant is the cheapest for miles! And it's ace, my friend ordered the grilled Samon and it was huge, I had a burger and it cost me about 2euro's and it was brilliant! Wish they did tapas though, we would have never needed to leave! The staff are lovely, always willing to go out of their way, nothing is too much to ask for. This is a great base to explore Ibiza, there is a huge choice of bars/clubs are a short walk away (but not too close that your awake all night), Ibiza town is a bus ride away and there are huge choice of restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel, if i come back i will be staying here again.
