A handy complex for most things - supermarket around the corner which was well stocked and friendly, closed on Sunday so shop early; restaurants are all along the promenade (5 minute walk) and are fairly reasonable. There is also a pool bar/restaurant which seemed ok but we choose to head elsewhere.
Reception staff are a mixed bag with one being very good, helpful and eager to assist, while the others were uninterested and, despite our having fluent Spanish, unwilling to assist.
The apartments themselves are stuck in the 70's, it is a step back in time. Decor is tired as are the fittings. The light above the table is interesting as it is not actually connected and is just for decoration. Air con is really good and remote is supplied at no charge. Safe deposit box is in the apartment and weekly charge is €15.
Cleaning is terrible. The apartment was never cleaned for the duration of our stay, although the bins were emptied daily and the towels changed once. In fairness the bathroom would have been impossible to try to clean as it was mouldy, rusting fittings, a shower which jumped off the wall and in general need of replacement.
The apartments were mainly quiet by Ibiza standards but are frequented by Spaniards from the mainland who tend to stay a night or two and move on. A bit like San Antonio Spanish style. Security is fairly lax, and you get used to passers-by stopping in to use the pool, and at night the security is mainly there for noise control (when they feel like it).
Ultimately you get what you pay for in Ibiza and these apartments are fairly cheap - and with good reason.

the day before we flew to ibiza we had an urgent call saying out accomodation had to be changed to the mira mola but was assured by our travel operator that it had good reviews etc. arrived the next day and was extremely disappointed.
reception staff ok and spoke english.
Negatives - the room had obviously not been cleaned and had not been updated in about 40 years!! dust and a bad smell in the bathroom. rusty plug holes, broken tiles and broken window. fridge worked but was dirty and i had to actually go out and buy clenaing products it was so foul. couch looked like it had dragged through a hedge - covering was ripped and v poor quality. and the advertised satellite tv - what a joke. there was 2 spanish channels and that was it.
Positives - cheap price, bedroom had clean smelling sheets and the size of the apartment was ok. good size balcony and good sea view.
nice clean pool and bar had ok food and cheap drinks.
short walk to nice figueratas beach - 5 mins and about 15-20 mins walk in to playa den bossa beach and nightlife. pleasant walk along the beach front, so nice and quiet in the evenings. good supermarket v near and lots of souvenir shops etc nearby.
good for young singles, couples who dont mind about a high level of cleanliness.
overall actually a good holiday as didnt spend much time in apartment.
friends stayed in hotel jabeque which only slightly more expensive and a million times better!! stay there if you are going to playa!!!!

we arrived at 7pm the reception were open and very helpful we got to our appartment it was big but basic we had 2 balcanies so we had the sun all day and most of the evening we took our son as it was his 18th birthday but all clubs did not open till we came home a bit dissappointing but overall a nice holiday dont think we will go to ibiza again though

This was the first time we stayed on the east side of the island...and was a really great holiday. I remember the hotel being in quite a quiet spot on a back street. The beach is a couple of minutes away and is pleasant and quiet. Ibiza Town and Playa D'en Bossa are both in walking distance, but there are also some truly gorgeous restaurants just along the sea front in Figuretes itself. We paid quite alot for a last minute holiday, and so were a little disappointed on arrival. The rooms were very clean but very old fashioned and very basic. The rooms were clean however...we even had a spare room and the only niggle was that for the price we paid I did not really feel it was good value for money, but I blame the tour operator for this as they clearly ripped us off! All the same we had a fab holiday. The staff were great...one even was more than happy to offer me first aid when I tripped and cut myself quite badly at 6am!!!? We didn't really meet many people in the hotel, although there were alot of families, the sun does not fall over the pool area for very long as the hotel itself blocks it so we tended to spend our days elsewhere! All in all, a great base for what doing what Ibiza was intended for....partying!!
