We stayed at Jabeque Hotel at the end of September 2011. It was near the end of the summer season in Ibiza so we got a really good deal, There were 3 of us sharing a two bedroom apartment. We had views to the sea and over the pool area. We also had breakfast included which was a mixture of hot foods, cakes, fruit, cereal etc.. basic but good enough for the price we paid! We thought that the hotel would be really noisy, full of drunk idiots but it wasn't! The majority of guests were young, probably in their 20s (me and my friends mid 30s but young at heart!). The hotel was laid back and chilled. Most of the guests hung out by the pool area during the day which also had bbqs for lunch. At night there were not really any loud parties on balconies, I think everyone went out to party. The hotel is in a great location, we walked everywhere, the Ibiza town centre, the beach, the clubbing end of Ibiza etc... It is about a ten Euro taxi ride from the airport or a bus ride for a couple of Euros. The hotel had good room service. The only complaint I will have is that they are strict with giving everyone in your room a door key and the keys kept not working (the swipe card type) so we would have to go down to reception a lot for them to re-swipe them which they didn't seem happy about. Also I asked for blankets as it was a bit chilly at night and she gave me more sheets! Obviously no blankets in Ibiza!! Good takeaway food shop across the road and a couple of supermarkets nearby. Overall I would recommend this hotel for sure.

Three of us stayed in Jabeque over the August bank holiday, and it was such a good place to stay in! it was close to the airport and only 20 mins walk into Ibiza Town. The room was cleaned daily by the maids. and there was adequate sun loungers everyday, and the pools are big and clean with a life guard on duty everyday. There are kids (as it is a family hotel) running around all the time but it wasn't that much of a problem. The bedroom was a bit stuffy esp in the hot summer weather, the bathroom was adequately big and the hidden kitchenette was kitsch. The view from the balcony was amazing!

My partner and I have stayed in the hotel before, it was in October a few years ago and we were quite impressed. However when we stayed in July it could was very noisy at times, most of it coming from the hotel accross the road, but I suppose that's what ibiza is about in High Season!! The apartment was different to the one we stayed in before. It was nicely decorated and spacious. We had an excellent view of the sea and the castle from our balcony. the hotel is in the ideal spot for Ibiza town and the beach and there are plenty of good quality restaurants nearby. There is also a water taxi that comes and goes from Ibiza port several times a day. A trip to Formentera is a must as the beaches are fantastic. We would stay here again.

Stayed in the Jabeque in June on a girls hol and went back again in September on a group hol ages 25-31. Had a fantastic time. Our experience is that the staff were very friendly once you treated them with respect. Can only imagine what they come up against. Would definitely not recommend this hotel for families in high season as it is mainly clubbers and there is alot of coming and going at all times of the night, security do a good job of keeping the noise down after midnight though.

The pool area is great with the loveliest staff working the bar between both pools. We found the pool furthest away from the bar to be a bit quieter and great for relaxation if you had a very heavy night. Apartments are well laid out and spacious, views and sunrise are spectacular. Only reason I wouldn't give the hotel a 5 star rating is that the key card situation was crazy. One group in a 2 bed with 4 people had to get their key updated every day, some days it still didn't work after updating and if 1 person was on their own it was frustrating. To be fair though reception staff always gave another key or accompanied them to the room, I'm sure the key situation is more frustrating for the reception staff with people complaining non stop. Would be great to see management address this.

Was really nervous after recommending these apartments to friends who are Ibiza regulars but all agreed that it was the best base they've been to yet. Close to all the action but nice and peaceful to recover! Figuertas is a lovely resort 10 mins walk away with great restaurants and a few bars to spend a quiet having a cocktail looking at the beach or as a first stop before heading out. Can't wait to return in June.
