Stayed here in early March for business. The hotel had large rooms, with sitting areas and separate bedrooms. Rooms were kept clean and were nice enough - don't expect luxury, but things are nice.
One issue we encountered was noisy nights.. the guard dogs next door barking and the loud dance music from a few doors down made it tough to get to sleep some nights.
Bed was comfortable enough, but a bit springy and not what you might expect. The hotel had free wifi that worked reasonably well, although coverage was hit and miss. It worked find in the living room section, but I had no signal in the bedroom.
The pool looked a little dirty, and the patio could do with some new updated furniture. Walking across the road led to the beach and the water was beautiful there.
Although it's about a 15 minute walk to Oistins, there isn't much in the immediate area of the hotel... a small convenience store that closed early and the hotel restaurant were about all.
Definitely visit the fish fry just up the road in Oistins.. great food, busy on Fridays. Try Pat's..
