We have been to Muhlradl numerous times, in fact we have been ever season of the year. We have just returned having spent Christmas there.
Winter if your interested in skiing, or want to have a first attempt then this is the place, nice slopes with virtually no queuing at the ski lifts, and the lift assistants are very helpful, especially if they can see that your new to skiing. You have a choice of two ski starting points within a short bus ride away from Muhlradl, the bus stopping out side. If downhill is not your thing then you can have a go at cross country skiing virtually from Muhlradl's door.
Spring offers hiking over the previously snow covered mountains, or a gentle stroll along the valley, or up around Gosausee Lake.
Summer brings the chance to mountain bike, again hike or run, and if your into swimming you can try the lake or the local swimming pool.
Autumn, again plenty of hiking, mountain biking.
There are a number of events in and around the village throughout the year, we missed out on the Hot AIr Balloon week which is held in January, so we'll have to arrange to go back sometime for that.
There are numerous places to visit, Linda and John Austin the propriators are only to happy to help and give you advice on anything, from helping arrange ski lessons to hiring bikes.
And should you miss your own pet whilst you are away, there is always Holly the Collie who is only to happy to be surrogate pet.
Check it out and have fun, we did.
