The hotel is a small 1960s/70s block situated right on the beach at Cullera. Being an older hotel, it could probably do with a major facelift.. However, our new air conditioning unit and flatscreen TV worked perfectly and although the rooms were very basic, the staff kept them clean. It is strongly recommended that you pay the supplement for a sea view.
The reception staff do speak some English, though they are a little older than average and therefore sometimes appear reluctant to use it. However, they were always helpful. The buffet breakfast was adequate. The location makes up for any shortcomings and Cullera is a lovely, peaceful Spanish resort
