We 100% agree with the review posted entitled 'avoid like the plague'.
The facilities and accommodation have not been upgraded or adequately maintained since they were built approx 20 years ago.
On arrival we were given a cot for our baby that we had preordered but were not given a mattress.
The settee was stained, the toilets smelt of urine, there was rubbish littered around the property.
The pool is advertised as heated but was absolutely freezing!
The washing machine didn't work.
Mid week clean was terrible value at 40 euros - toilet and baths werent even cleaned! End of stay clean at 144 euros was an abosolute joke - if this isn't paid then you are just asked to leave the villa as you found it - I can't imagine what state some people must leave it in.
Staff appeared well meaning but were completely inefficient
The list goes on but we don't want to waste any more time on this terrible accommodation.
In short this place is a complete rip off.

The standard of accommodation and the facilities are very poor and can in no way be described as 3 Star (by British Standards) or indeed a holiday village. Their is no golf on site (apart from a few pieces of plastic cobbled together). The actual golf course is fully screened off from the villas by a tall hedgerow. Eurogroup has not spent any money on upgrading the site or on quality interior furnishings since they were built.

We noted many English holidaymakers who complained about their accommodation upon receipt of keys. Everyone I spoke to confirmed that the advertising of fleur de lys apartments or villas (through the agents) is misleading and duplicious on the internet.

In summary this is a holiday scam perpetuated through the complicity of the agents and Eurogroup (Madame Vacances). Hopefully after reading this short summary no one will be duped into booking a holiday at Fleur de Lys.
