Absolutely stunning!! This place is picture perfect, set in the tiny little historic village of Droizy. We had a 1 bedroom studio apartment which came with a kitchen, lounge, jacuzzi bath. It had everything we needed! There is also a heated indoor pool and spa on the grounds. Very cute place and would definitely go back if I want to get away from it all!

Honestly, I had a very good time there.
Therefore love that hidden place and would like to keep this remote gem a secret between me and my friends, but I know business is very important to keep the place running, so I just have to recommend it.
I also have to admit that if you come to France for the very first time there are most probably sights more exciting than Droizy. However day excursions to Paris, Reims or Epernay are also no problem from here.

The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere somewhere in Picardie and this beautiful and peaceful location in the French countryside contributes vastly to its great atmosphere. You definitely will need a car or motorcycle to get around and explore the area, which has a lot to offer.
But if you are one of those party people you better go someplace else.

The rooms are fully equipped with nearly everything you need to prepare yourself a decent breakfast, lunch or dinner from the tasty ingredients you can buy at the local markets.
The pool does not close at certain time, so if you're not too noisy you can swim late after dinner or use the Jacuzzi.
Only thing I didn’t like. There was a big tuft swirling around in the pool. One small detail management should take more care of. Can happen, but shouldn’t.

Bye the way, hotel management is very helpful but not fluent in English and I was quite happy that I remembered some French from school.

Located in a tiny village, you are deep in French countryside. The buildings and grounds were spotless and well kept. There is an indoor pool in an adjoining buiding. The old buildings have been carefully updated and our family apartment had full cooking facilities (take your own food and drink) or I think you can prebook evening dinner. Breakfasts (optional extra) came with much more than expected for a simple continental breakfast. Rooms were comfortable and had spa baths and electrically adjusted beds. This is best reached with a car, (make sure you have a large scale map or print one on internet as last few kilometres to Droizy are along winding lanes). and is quite remote from any shops. Very easy to drive to Champagne area. Would go again, but would stay longer.
