Stayed at the hotel from 25th to 28th December 2011.

Location - very good location in terms of view of the mountains. Yes there are other hotel as well with may be equally good view but then very few would be having the view from your room.

Service - this is where the hotel excels and that is what you look for if you do want to enjoy stay at hotel as well. The service is best as it is quite cold at this point of time and the hotel staff ensured that the room was heated properly and confirmed the same on their own without requiring to ask them. The staff is very polite , friendly and ever helping.

Room - we have booked a suite and the price they are charging is worth enough given the facility is offered like electric heating, natural heating, LCD, bathtub, spacious hall, room, powder room and bathroom.

Food- food was tasty and is served with full service.

Overall it is a 5start hotel with 5star services.

Would definitely recommend to travelers who apart from the beauty of Pahalgam also wants to enjoy hospitality.

This Hotel is situated in the main market & is the oldest hotel with good reputation. The food is excellent, as also the rooms & view from the rooms.

Excellent location,mountain peaks all around,river flowing,walkable distance to the shops,temple etc.Food was excellent,service of the restaurant staff was remarkable.The rooms were very cosy,homely,neat,clean &the house keeping staff looked after all our needs with care.Transport facilities were given to us at very short notice.On the whole everybody made our stay very memorable.
