We are just back from a wonderful visit to Canada. After crossing over route 20 to Winthrop,WA we headed north along the Okanogan River to Peachland. Except for some major road work south of Peachland, the trip was beautiful. We found Peachland Vista B&B with no problems. Maria was very friendly and her home is beautiful. It seemed very important to Maria that we enjoyed our time there. She made every effort for our comfort. The rooms very very attractive and we all slept well. Additionally there were great views of the town and of the lake. She made a recommendation for dinner and we had a very good meal at "The Blind Angler" After dinner we had a friendly conversation over really good sherry. In the morning we had a great breakfast with fresh fruit, quiche, yogurt, rolls, and really good coffee. There was lots of food, so much that we didn't eat lunch later that day.
