We stayed for a couple of days with our 2.5 year old child. The hotel and surroundings looked great, the swimming pool was fun and the staff was very friendly. We didn't pay extra for a cot and have received a small bowl to wash our son (note that the room was equipped only with a shower). The location is very good for hiking and for visiting Noia and the nearby ancient villages and beaches, although it has been somewhat remote and not easily accessible.
Breakfast was extra and in our opinion a bit too expensive for what we got (bread, local cheese and ham, yogurt, jam, fruit and coffee, all served to you and not open buffet) but it was good. We eventually preferred eating our own food at the room or a bakery in Noia. The restaurant was good (for lunch). Outside of lunch/dinner hours the hotel serves light meals. These were good, though a bit expensive (around 30 Euros for two, incl. wine).
There were two cons. First, the service was pretty slow. We once had to wait almost an hour for dinner, and about the same time for our room to be ready (we were initially offered a room in a location that wasn't suitable for a kid). This is probably because it's a family hotel, but maybe some more attention is due. In addition, we didn't get the room we ordered initially and were not told about it in advance.
Overall the hotel is pleasant, relaxed and friendly. Knowing the limitations, we'll definitely consider staying there again now that we're prepared.
