As noted in previous reviews, it's impossible to complain about the location; the hotel is close to all the major attractions in the centre and even has a shuttle bus link to the Venetian complex right outside. The rooms are clean, functional, and utterly unimaginative. The staff aren't particularly warm and welcoming, but neither are they rude or unprofessional. The room rates aren't particularly good value, but neither are they outrageous given the location. All in all, a completely indifferent hotel experience, but one that gives you what you want in terms of location.

this hotel is in the center of macau city and a few blocks from most of the places that were in my priority list. the room was clean and fresh and the bathroom was like brand new. shuttle bus to the ferry terminal is free. they have no bellhop or room service but that was ok with us.

The location is OK and Taxi is reasonable price in Macau. The hotel staff are not very helpful.

overall average hotel. we stayed in the suite floor with room cleanliness acceptable but furniture and room a bit old/run down.
sofa bed on the ground floor were old and dusty
most receptionist staff not looking exceptionally happy
hotel shuttle service very bad, the driver didn't allow us to board the bus thinking we are not patron of the hotel
galaxy shuttle bus just right at the doorstep of the hotel, sometimes very congested/crowded since waiting area very small
plus point hotel location is very strategic and near sightseeing spot like senado square, dom pedro V theater, grand lisboa etc. food not a problem all around
