The hotel rate of Macau's keep rising. I stayed in the Grandview hotel for over 5 times in two years because the price and quality are so good. The price in weekday is around HKD$600/night and weekend around HKD$800.

With this room rate, there are many other options in Macau for 3-stars hotels, but I can tell that the room quality is not as high as Grandview Hotel's.

This hotel has been renovated since 2011. The room is clean and the bed mattress is very comfy. I checked that the mattress are "Simmon's". The sleep was well during the night.

The breakfast was acceptable. The food is mainly Chinese style (maybe the main customers are Mainland Chinese) and there are few western food like bread, scrambled eggs, hash browns, hams.

Surround this hotel are some restaurants, supermarkets, convenient stores and shops selling snacks.

Grandview is a very standard business hotel. I stayed in this hotel for a night to attend a meeting nearby. The hotel room is clean and reasonably spacious. Interior design is modern and generally user friendly. But the bathtub is not well designed and can result in slight flooding in the bathroom after shower.
The breakfast is barely sufficient for a business hotel. It even does not have fried eggs available. Another drawback is that the internet is not fee you need to pay another MOP100 for a 24 hour use. This is a very common mistake for many hotels and lodges around the world.

For the staff, generally OK but don’t expect a very friendly and helpful service as they are targeted to handle the overwhelming visitors from the mainland China.

Overall, this is a standard and not very expensive hotel in Macau for a 1-2 nights stopover.

This hotel is well-maintained, as shown by cleaniness in room and lobby. The newly renovated premier room is spacious enough.

The location is not bad. Located in a residential area, there are some supermarkets, restaurants and shops round the corner. A taxi trip from Galaxy to the hotel costs around MOP$18.

The tiny gym has all the basics.

Good place to stay, if you wish to stay close to the centre of Taipa.

It is a very nice & cheap hotel. Hotel Shuttel bus available to both ferry teminal (Taipan Temp. Passenger Terminal until 6pm only). But transportation no so good, only bus and taxi are available. Suggest to take taxi to safe time.
