Very dirty, nasty rooms and horrible services... I will never recomended this dump hotel

The staff was very cordial and helpful. The hotel is within steps to restaurants, bars, beach and the Boqueron night life. I stayed on a first floor which I believe are the more simple rooms. I hear the rooms on upper floors are better. Visited the restaurant on site and the staff was courteous but overwhelmed (at least the day I was there) Food was good and their Flan de Queso awesome.

I happened to stay there during some Puerto Rican Holiday weekend, so the hotel and streets were infested with the "local young crowd". It was very noisy, kids running and yelling down corridor, some guy blowing a whistle at all hours of the night, yelling and blaring his reggaeton music by the pool. People swimming at 3 am making tons of noise. If you need a place to sleep comfortably for the night, this is definetely not the place. It's too loud and it seems like there is no crowd control.

The room felt dark and more like a cheap motel. Again I stayed on the first floor and perhaps the upstairs rooms are better. I didnt have any mosquito problems in the hotel. Even when sitting by the outdoor patio or pool. The pool is very SMALL. But the beach is so close that you can opt for that. Wi-fi non-existent; however, I am not sure if the hotel claims to have wi-fi. I had no cell service while in the hotel room.

I'm a firm believer of not knocking it into you try it. So with that said you may want to try this hotel; however make sure it is during the week and during the time that Puerto Ricans are back at school/work. And also ask for an upstairs room which appear to be better.

The last time i came here with my wife and kids was in 1994 and we had a wonderful time. Now, 17 years later I stayed here with my wife and it was not any different from our stayed in 1994. The service staff was outstanding, very helpful and courtious, the facilities were great, our room was in "mint condition" very clean, and spacious, very comfortable. Was very clean all around. The hotel restaurant "Las Cascadas" was outstanding, meals were great and so the attending staff. We are planning to coming back this October. We had a great time. Anyone who wants to rest, eat good, feel like home, "This is the place"

I checked in with my mother and two children... to this dreary dark, mosquito infested over priced inn. From the time I packed and carried my luggage down the stairs my daughter and I were biten over 15 times by mosquitos! Thank goodness grandma had allergy pills to calm the reaction to all the mosquito bites we received. I truely do not recommend this inn to families with children!
