We have just returned from 4 days all inclusive. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the room was excellent, 5th floor with view of pool and sea, good size bathroom and the shower was great. Food was good, a range of choices at every meal. The entertainment was a disappointment, however the lady running it tried her best and was always cheerful and it was the last week of the season. All the staff were friendly and very efficient. There were very few exceptions for the all inclusive, the local beer was San Miguel and most cocktails were available too. The Hotel is within 10 minutes walk of the main resort. Overall a good experience, the Hotel contributed to our four day chill out break.

we arrived on the 15 of october at 12.30 pm for one week we were checked in quickly by an lady english receptionist who had been there 2 years ago, our room was 444 on the fourth floor overlooking the pool it was very clean and tidy, the room was cleaned every day and clean towels also every day. the lifts (there were 2 ) were very efficient, the food was not bad at all but if you have been to spain before it was a bit pridictable, overall it was the end of the season and a little quite and not full of all inclusive guest would go back

My wife and i stayed at the azuline and found it to be just ok...the food was somewhat underwhelming and the bar staff very surly.The entertainment???? was pretty poor and though we were all inclusive we spent all our time off resort

This is at least the 12th time my wife and I have been here over the past 15 years. The Hotel have been through a series of ownerships - Serenis - Paradiso - Bali and now Azuline.
Whilst it has retained its cleanliness I have to say that the food - choice at breakfast in the main: no dried fruits no fresh fruits (apart from the basket of not very fresh apples oranges pears and kiwi)- and certainly the entertainment has taken a turn for the worst.
Having said that we will still return. The hotel is in a fabulous location - good for Es Cana beach, Cala Nova beach and Cala Llenya beach, it is spotlessly cleaned everyday and good value for money. We tend to go half board so cannot comment on the all inclusive package - but I wouldn't want to be tied to the hotel in the evenings in any event.
