Quiet relaxing atmosphere.Helpful nice stuff,gorgeous swimming pool with it's hydro attractions.Perfect location-gorgeous magnificient picturesque view to bay and castle.Spa treatment is the best I have ever experienced.Would like to return again.

Looks like a hospital! NO AIRCON, NO FAN, NOTHING. BLOODY HOT! No Fridge, No Safe. You can just open the window/door and let some air in. But there is street noise and MANY mosquitos! Athmosphere is like a cementery.
Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else.

room was ok, a bit hot as it was +27 out and no aircon, breakfast was ok. Location good and staff friendly. But the atmosphere was quite dead.

The location of this hotel is perfect - not far from the center of Kuressaare, in a very picturesque place. The hotel itself is very nice - with the pool, table tennis, squash. The breakfast is average, but nothing to complain about. The front desk staff is really friendly and helpful. The only big drawback is the cleanliness of the room and even the hallways. Our room was barely cleaned upon arrival, with the dusty floor that probably was not cleaned for a long time. When we returned in the afternoon of our second day, only the towels were changed. The floor was not cleaned, and even the beds were not made up, dirty glasses left on the table. There was no cover on the beds, either. The hallways were covered with dust. I would strongly recommend the management of this hotel to have a look at their housekeeping's work, if they don't want to loose customers. I would only stay at this hotel, if the cleanliness standards were improved.
