Stayed here and on the day I checked out I left my iphone in the hotel reception. I called from the airport and reception said they had found it. I told them I would arrange a courier to collect it when I was back in England. My flight was delayed so I had a chance to go back to the hotel to collect my phone only to be told they had given it away to someone else who had claimed it ... who they had given it to they had no idea. How anyone else, other than the staff, would have known there was a white iphone 4 behind the reception desk to claim they couldn't explain. No apology and no explanation for giving away £500 phone. Won't be staying here again. Hotel ignored my emails when I got back to the UK before finally sending me a rude reply telling him to get lost. Won't be staying here again.

Very nice see view from rooms with see view.
Best rooms are 509 to 518 and 709 to 718 all of them are in superior floor with see view 600 range are street view
Good Food well cooked and fresh.
Take the half board save money and it's convenient
What a Pity that the Restaurant is inside with no view
Swiming pool is little bit hold need refresh

Just come back from long WE here. Excellent location, great bars and restaurants. Busy nightlife but not too many noisy Brits or larger louts. Large number of gay guests and in area. Made us feel safe, no hassle. Hotel basic but does what it says it will.
Problem on check in, given rooms over street even though booked sea view. Initial lady not helpful, rude, we called manager. Room very dark and small. Moved next day to sea view room, very nice. Manager compensated us with free safes in room and 80 euros in bar (8 of us). So equivalent of cost difference. Some rooms have very large balconies, other small. Rooms very clean. Basic room, no fridge. Towels a bit thin.
Pool quiet and nice. Breakfast very good for the general standard of the hotel. Full cooked range, cereals, breads etc. We didn't have evening food there. Very nice receptionist let us have a room for the whole of the last day as we did not fly 'til 2 am. She was opposite of 1st lady!
10-15 mins from airport. Planes frequent but little noise. No noise in nights.

Myself and a friend spent a week here. We wanted a relaxing holiday with the option of doing a few club nights. The location was perfect. We paid the extra for sea view and it was well worth it. Our balcony was huge and looked out over the bay. Room was basic but very clean. The room was cleaned every day without fail and clean towels provided. Even on the days we put up "do not disturb" signs until later, the room was always cleaned in the afternoon instead. We found all the staff very friendly. The hotel is 5mins walk to lovely beaches and a variety of restaurants. Breakfast was perfect - a lot more choice than I would have expected. This hotel is perfect for someone looking for a relaxing holiday, away from the main clubs but close enough to travel by taxi and also close to beaches. It is definitely worth paying extra for the view.
