The hotel is in a great location but that's about the only good thing going for the hotel.

We stayed in an apartment room, the servicing to this room was minimal throughout the stay. The floor was dirty and it was a struggle to get clean towels sometimes.

The beds are so uncomfortable. I like a firm bed but these were rock hard, it was like sleeping on the floor. The third bed in the lounge was a pull out bed on the floor - so due to the poor servicing the sheets got pretty grubby rubbing along the floor - pretty disgusting.

The noise was just unbearable. It was like someone was furniture removing, all night, every night. All we heard was scraping furniture noises. Not even ear plugs helped!

There were also noisy parties nearly every night which I didnt mind so much as it's Ibiza but still some nights were excessive.

Perhaps we were just unlucky but I wouldnt recommend this hotel. We are 3 girls in their thirties and felt that on a girls holiday we'd be fine with a 'cheap and cheerful' place but this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Location fantastic but if you want to get any rest and sleep, seriously dont stay here.

I stayed there for 4 nights with a friend. We had a double room with balcony to the street but it was very quiet!!! surprising for Ibiza right?

The staff at reception were soooo nice and super helpful!! Really funny guy there! Can't remember his name though :(

The hotel itself is your average building with swimming pool and the sort, it doesn't have the best views of Ibiza but what makes this special is the location.... it's just perfect and I felt very safe to walk around and everything you needed was just there!!

So, if you are looking for a clean,decent hotel with great location and nice staff, go for Apartamentos El Puerto!!! :)

Stayed here for two nights while in Ibiza for a friends birthday weekend. Great central location just 2 minutes walk from the port. Changed booking from three to four guests the day before arrival and it was no problem. The hotel itself is a nondescript concrete block with eyesore views over either a municipal car park or other apartment buildings. But our room was perfectly clean and tidy, with plenty of towels and fresh bed linen. The kitchenette was functional and the fridge worked. Only real downer was the lack of air-con but we were here so little it didn't really matter.
Friendly and helpful staff, free wifi (in the reception area).
Most importantly the hotel was only a gently 20 minute stroll to Pacha and it was a lovely walk back at 7.30 am.

Some of the hotel staff were friendly. Others seemed annoyed most of the time.
When we checked in we were given a room for 3, with 3 beds. After unpacking and then heading out we were advised by the more friendly staff member that there was a room available for 2 and that we could change room if we preferred.
We did - it was in a more quiet location of the building with a balcony facing the street. And with 1 less bed the room seemed much bigger.
Remembering Ibiza is primarily a party island there are people walking around at all hours and the walls are very thin. so you can hear everything thats going on in the hall ways.
Beds are single beds, pushed together to make a double.
Air conditioner was a plus!
Rooms have no fridge (mini bar).
Location of the hotel is decent. Up the road from fast food places, and restaurants. & only a short walk to the main shopping area of Ibiza Town. Ibiza town is more lively at night, with street markets and bars open into the street.
Internet available in foyer downstairs.
Be careful the doors sometimes dont close shut properly, so when leaving the hotel room just make sure you can't open it from the outside.
