Ibiza town seems to either have very pricey high end hotels around the port and near the Dalt Vila, or they have pretty basic accommodations and apartments. The other option is to stay at a resort hotel or apartment near the beaches outside of Ibiza town. This hotel is the closest thing to being mid-range. As many reviews have said, the hotel has an 80s feel to it. It probably hasn't been renovated in many many years. However, the hotel met our expectations. We did not expect it to be modern and up to date. The room was a good size and we had a balcony (it looked onto the apartment building next door). The bathroom is a little small, but decent and clean. The entry hallway, closet, and bathroom are separated from the bedroom by another door. This is actually pretty good as it means you can't hear any noise from the hallway when you want to sleep. The wireless internet worked pretty well and is free (just ask for the password from reception). The staff was very helpful. They charge 3 euro/day for the tiny safe deposit box in your room. The hotel pool area looked very nice. The location is pretty good. It is about a 10 minute walk to the Dalt Vila section of town. Ideally I would have preferred to stay a little closer to that section of town, but unless you want to spend a fortune at some of the other hotels, this seemed like a good compromise. I would consider staying here again.

The headline is that the staff here just don't care and are pretty unhelpful. Talking to them about anything is met with indifference and detachment. The rooms themselves are pretty good in terms of cleanliness, sleep quality and comfort. This is not a design or boutique hotel, its a chain meant for business and has a kind of 80s sheen to the decor. A massive bonus about this hotel is that it is quiet and not filled with droves of clubbers off their heads. The purpose of our holiday was to go clubbing but the hotel provided welcome respite and calmness for us to get away from the mayhem that Ibiza is renown for. Location wise its on the edge of Ibiza town, its a short walk to most places and you can easily get a taxi to take you anywhere on the Island. I would have considered staying here again as its tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Ibiza club land but the fact the staff here are so apathetic and unhelpful would prevent a return journey. Other things you should know; the pool area upstairs is pretty decent and the breakfast if included in the price is also pretty good. One thing I think is insane is that you get charged €3 per day just do you can have a key to use the safe in your room...should that not be included as part of the service?!.

This hotel was perfectly fine. I stayed here because the Pacha hotel was full, was over just for a night to go to Pacha nightclub. It is not the quality of hotel I would prefer to stay in, but it was reasonably located, close walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops. The room was clean and en suite so not much more was required for this trip. I probably would not stay here again as I would rather a little bit more comfort, but it was decent value for money so no real complaints.

The hotel is in an ecellent location close to the harbour and Dalt Vila. unlike the previous review i did not find the reception staff helpful and had to seek information after checking in about the safe.
the rooms are ok, with a decent sixed balacony, however the beds are very hard. the pool terrace is the best feature of the hotel, however it does not open until 10am and they do not start serving drinks there until midday- which was dissappointing. we did not eat breakfast in the hotel, the menu for the snack bar is limited but is very nice.all in all i think it is bordering on a 3/4* hotel
