Plus points:
This is a charming house in a charming village, with beautiful grounds.
Minuses:
Stayed in a ground floor room in the coach house. There was more than enough noise from the room above. They b&b didn't appear to be busy and it may have been better to put us elsewhere as we didn't to sleep until the early hours. The patron wasn't particulary friendly or helpful. I judge a good night's sleep as the most important factor in a stay. When we asked by email if wecould eat there, the answer was terribly sorry but no. It would have been better if he had suggested another restaurant. I am afraid we had to resort to a husk of bread and cheese, and seemed to get disapproving looks from the proprietor whilst eating outside in the late evening.
It just wasn't worth the detour whilst travelling from Paris to Calais.
