We happened on this hotel by mistake, but can't wait to go again. A small village. The hotel is right on the piazza with Lake Maggiore practically beneath your window. Huge room with a double bed, desk, couch, table and chairs, bench, two big windows. Big bathroom with a fab shower. People very sweet and welcoming. And the price was great,.

Didn't stay at this hotel as we were staying elsewhere in Cannobio but we went for dinner on Saturday night. Most of the restaurants in town were really busy, mainly due to the fact that everyone had to sit inside because of the weather.

We turned up at the Hotel Cannobio and they were very accommodating, laying up a lovely table for us. The food was excellent - my husband and I both had risotto with porcini mushrooms and it was delicious. My ma and brother had the chicken with sage sauce and they thoroughly enjoyed it too.

Not the cheapest place in town to eat but definitely worth it for the quality of food and great service. And their coffee was good too.

Would definitely go back to eat there if I was in Cannobio again.

We recently spent 4 nights in a Jr. Suite here and it was perfect. The rooms were clean and roomy, we had a balcony overlooking the lake and the free breakfast was great every day. There was plenty of free parking to be had nearby and you are close to everything. We took the bikes down the the beach area and through the narrow streets off the lido. In a town where not many people spoke English, the girl at front desk was a wealth of knowledge. I would recommend this hotel to all.

I stayed two nights at this cosy hotel. I had a standard room in the top floor. The room was 100% clean, I had a great of Lago Maggiore and the Swiss Alps, what more could I possible ask for? I payed 140 euro each night, included a fantastic breakfast in a small garden by the seafront. The staff was very friendly, especially the redhair receptionist that spoke perfect English! The hotel also helped me with parking, though 15 euro is a bit expensive since the price is the same in Milano...
