This place was really pretty, situated in a little bay. The apartment was clean and tidy and nicely furnished. It was on the ground floor with the water lapping just outside the window. The only problem being that people could walk right past your bedroom window. We ate at a restaurant on the jetty and it was very pleasant. The lady who looked after us at the apartment was very pleasant as well. The breakfast was very large, more than we needed, and at a price tag of 10 euros each was the most expensive during our trip, and not worth the money. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. There was very little beach though and nowhere to sit apart from a bar.

Vinjerac is a small fishing town which seems like it is in the middle of no where. You have the most spectacular mountain range running down one side of the view and the other has the setting sun and the sea is a stones throw away from the front door. The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and laid out breakfast for us on our first morning as a welcome. We were a large group of young people that were attending a music festival. And our host booked us taxi and local bus times so that we could still see the surrounding areas of croatia. There is a seafood restaurant in the village with the most friendly staff and spoke great english and taught us a bit of croatian. I highly recommend the village and hotel for people trying to escape a busy life and would love to go again.

We stayed here for 1 night in Oct 09. The room was clean, comfortable and with nice decor. The view from the window was spectacular, we can just stand looking out the window all day. The bed and pillows were comfortable and was surprised to see that it was actually just a sofa bed.
There are tons of channels on tv and a small safe is available and equipped kitchen. The town/village is extremely quiet, so had to drive to Zadar for meals which takes approx. 40mins.
