We stayed at hotel 29th Sept-6thOct 2011. The hotel is nice, but would agree it is probarly only a 3* not 4* as advertised. We had room 234, which I now read on the reviews had trouble with the shower. I also had that problem, with the water going hot or cold at a moments notice. Did ask to move but we had a lovely sea view from this room which we had paid extra for, and my wife was happy to stay in this room, although reception did offer to move us. The room is also right above the bar where all the entertainment was happing during our stay. Could be noisey at times, but Ok with balcony door shut and AC on low, this tended to block out the noise coming from there. I think the entertainment does need to be reviewed for next season, although this was the end of season when we were there, this could be reason why it felt a little dull and unintresting. Cannot fault the staff, they were excellent thoughout the hotel. Food and drink were great and plenty of, my wife discovered champagne cocktails during our stay. The sea was lovely and warm and we spent our days on the grass area in front of the hotel which was nice and quiet. Loved the stray dog, who visited most days, my wife wanted to bring it home.

the hotel plagos beach was a little gem.it was one of the most relaxing holidays we have ever had,no worries comes to mind.yes the hotel looks a little tired,but the staff make the holiday,and will help you with anything they can.they do need a toilet facility nearer the pool,and the path round to the beach needs repairing and generally needs a little face lift down by the sea,after all that what most of us go for(the sea). the only other niggle is the pool is very cold,could do with being a little warmer.will defenatley go back again.

We stayed at this hotel from 20th to 30th September. Upon arrival we were greeted by the lovely Eleni on reception. She was efficient very friendly and smiley and extremely welcoming. This set the tone for the rest of our stay. All of the staff, without exception, went out of their way to ensure that everything was as we would want it to be. Takis who is in charge of the restaurant goes above and beyond his job description, he is a remarkable asset to the hotel. The waiting staff, who were mostly students were amazingly friendly and efficient, clearing the tables the minute they realised that we had finished eating. The food was outstanding and well presented and I defy anyone, no matter what their dietary requirements are, to say that they could not find something that they could eat. The bar staff, like all the others were terrific. We got on particularly well with the lovely Alandra and Alex. Alandra will not be there next season and wiil be a sad loss to the team.
A very very minor negative is that the rooms are a little uninspiring, but always kept spotlessly clean by once again happy friendly cleaning staff. So to summarize, a lovely relaxing, peaceful hotel with delightful staff in a great (quiet) location.
Would I recommend this hotel - yes 100%.

Myself and my partner stayed here 24th sept -2nd oct 2011. Overall a very chilled and relaxing holiday! The hotel was less busy due to it coming to the end of the season. The weather was amazing and finding a sun bed was easy at all times, we chose the grassy bank to do our sunbathing just listening to the sea all day ! The hotel staff are extremely friendly , some we made friends with more ( bar staff Andra what a lovely girl! Lefteris he made us laugh alot , Andra made me a fab cocktail on my birthday with umbrella and sparklers fri 30th sept. We met some lovely people from Wrexham and Southampton , overall a nice hotel that just could be updated a bit more here and there but we would definitely return again !!
