one of the best hotels i have ever stayed!location,view,large rooms,vast variety of food all day.The g.m. was present at the departments of hotel checking almost everything.cheap prices allow you to spent money at the location.breathtaking view from the roof top bar, a really gem of the property! I am looking forward to go back again

The size of the room, the cleanness of the bathroom the food in the restaurant were excellent. It was a lot of Greek typical food and that what made food so special. Fruits and ice-cream available all day long for AI clients.
As the name implies the panorama was more than nice. The pools were clean.
Neither the hotel nor the service can’t be faulted.
The only negative things: no activity for children and the beach is small and not very nice. For AI clients it is a bar on the beach that serves only soft drinks.

We thought we had booked a suite at the Panorma but ended up with a room (not the fault of the hotel) however we really didn't mind, because the room was great - spacious, immaculate and with a view across the gardens.

There was plenty of selection with the food, and everthing was very fresh. The restaurant and rooftop bar have superb views across Kos and the water to Turkey. So you can watch the sun set with a glass of wine and some lovely greek olives - perfect! With regards to wine, we were on a half board basis and paid for drinks. This seemed to be a good way to do things, as we were able to choose good wine (usually only about 15 euros a bottle!) rather than stick to the house option.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to couples, as long as you are happy to have a fifteen minute walk into Kos (of course you can cycle, ior get a taxi too) which we really enjoyed.

My husband and I were happy with this hotel, given what we paid for it. It is not 5 star, but we didn't pay 5 star prices either. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is a bit dated and not in the best shape. The carpets were stained and there was some mold in the shower. We didn't go all-inclusive, just breakfast and dinner. Which worked out well for us, because we were gone during the day. The beach across the street is awful, crowded and rocky. I'm really glad we rented a car and discovered the beautiful sand beaches at the other end of the island. Also, just because dinner is included in your rate, doesn't mean your drinks are. That was a little disappointing, that among a few other things, made us feel like it was a nickel and dime kind of place that was constantly trying to squeeze more money out of you. The food was good and there was always a huge selection. Overall, I would call it a 3 star, maybe 3 1/2.
