Myself and my partner stayed at the Alinn Boutique hotel for a week in October 2011. The hotel offers very good value for money and spectacular views out to sea. The staff were polite and would do anything they could to help you enjoy your stay. Only a few negatives the balcony was very small so there wasn't much room to sit and have a drink after a day by the pool. Also we found that some of the drinks seemed to be watered down especially spirits and soft drinks, however for the price you pay for an all inclusive break at this hotel you can't really complain!
The food was all cooked to a good standard, breakfast was a bit of a let down as there wasn't much choice, but lunch and dinner were lovely. The hotel does some lovely freshly baked bread and flat breads, that are definately worth a try.
We used the hotel shuttle bus to the beach a couple of times, it was very reliable and the driver was friendly and helpful. The hotel states that there is a beach bar especially for guests staying at the Alinn Boutique, however when we got to the beach we found that the bar was little more than a shed, but still the staff there were friendly.
All in all a great value holiday, perfect for if your just looking to relax as it's very quiet, but if your looking for a bit more going on such as enterainment wise, this might not be the place for you.

Having stayed 2 weeks in October the hotel offers great value for money.Food was good and plenty of choice lovely bread baked fresh daily could not fault anything in the restaurant.
Outside area beautiful wish l was sitting having lunch overlooking small swimming pool just a dream.Staff were very polite and worked extremely hard nothing to much trouble both inside and outside the hotel.Take no notice of negative comments the Alinn is a wonderful hotel.

I know this is a bit late as my wife and I visted in June 2011. We had superb weather, the room was compact but hey it's only there to sleep in, get changed and wash. The cleaning service etc was excellent.

Regarding food, there was a wide choice, but even reading some of the reviews "the brits abroad" attitude cames across from some. The ONLY problem I had with the food wasgetting something from the buffet that I didn't realise had nuts in. I don't like nuts, but that is not the hotels fault.

The swimming pools were superb, the outdoor bar and the views. The beer, which was OK could be ordered in doubles, not difficult really and as for pints!!!, someone really needs a lesson in the metric system.

The wine and sprits flowed really well along with coffee cakes and midnight soup.

The hotel staff were excellent as was the rep. Perhaps people REALLY NEED TO READ notice boards to find when the rep will be available.

The bus to the village was convenient and well used. The village itself was OK but doing your homework beforehand does help.

The Alinn Boutique does show small signs of wear and tear. Not surprising as I should imagine that at peak times it full.

No kids or boorish parents who let their junior chavs run riot.

Recommended on that alone.

Totally agree with Anne from Newcastle, travelled at the end of September 2011. The large pool is great if you like to do a few lengths early morning swimming, as some hotel pools do not open until 8 or 9am, this was open as early as 7am. Food was very good and the home made bread excellent, no problems at all and the restaurant or bar staff who very quick to refill your drinks and clear plates away. Absolutely georgous setting, rooms were adaquate, when do you go on holiday to say in the room? Don't usually go back to same hotel but would definately go back here either early or late season. A lovely quiet resort if you want a relaxing holiday.
