If you don't have to stay at this place because of a very early departure from Basle/Mulhouse airport - don't go there.
The "free" shuttle to the ariport is the only service this place has to offer - but you pay a rather high price for a poor room with poor service.
Nobody who had ordered a wake up call, received it when I was there. Instead I had to wake up the receptionist/driver to settle my bill in time and drive me and some other guests to the airport at 06:00 am.
The booking procedure: For asking one simple question by email in French I was charged additional 16.- Euro, instead of the internet reservation rate - regular rate. That's not reasonable at all!

We picked this hotel as we had an early flight the next morning and the location of this hotel was perfect. It is a 5 minute drive to the airport and the hotel offers a FREE shuttle service to/from the airport at ANY time. It is also very reasonable in terms of price - it cost us 50Euros for the night.

The staff were friendly. There is a restaurant which serves breakfast from 4am if required at an extra cost and also does dinners. We ate there in the evening and enjoyed a delicious mixed grill which was cooked to perfection and well presented - we were very pleased.

The room was quiet and comfortable, consisting of a double bed, tea/coffee facilities, hairdryer and TV. The bathroom was acceptable, if a little in need of updating. We were on the 3rd floor so having the lift was an advantage.

Blotzheim the village the hotel is situated in is very pleasant, with quaint houses and a few shops (which were closed by the time we arrived on Sunday night). A very nice walk around.

We would definately stay again.

We booked this Hotel through the Easy Jet/Bookings.com site mainly for its location.
No troubles with the pick up from/to the airport however we did encounter a slight 'hiccup' when it came to our Hotel Reservations-there weren't any-thankfully we had taken a photocopy of the online booking with us.
It was not the Hotels fault however,seems there was a glitch in the Booking.com site and the Hotel never received confirmation from them-but no worries,the Receptionist sorted in all out in a very professional manner and even though it was through no fault of their own, offered us not only a Complimentary glass each of the House(Regional) Sparkling with our Dinner but also complimentary Buffet Breakfasts the next morning for any inconvienience caused-Outstanding Customer Service-top marks!!
The staff are multi lingual (French,German/Swiss and English spoken)-Friendly and very welcoming-we felt right at home.
With regards to the location of the Hotel to the Airport , it is ideal especially if you're there on Business or have an early flight out in the morning (breakfast starts at 4am) as we did.
There is also a E.LeClerc Supermarket just 10mins walk down the road if you need 'anything'.
The room was spacious,clean and comfortable-tea and coffee making facillities,Flat screen TV for the die-hards(2 english speaking channels-CNN and BBC World News,1 Italian and the rest are French and German)-lovely Bathroom with a very powerful shower...ahhhh!! Bliss!!
We only had a total of 2 nights there-first night in and last night out of Alsace,but rest assured, on our next trip there we know who we will be staying with again.
It was a lovely trip with great experiences and we can't wait to return-Highly recommended this Hotel as a great,affordable place to stay.

The rooms are in need of renovation, very uncomfortable beds, breakfast very poor (even for France): no normal coffee, no fresh things like cheese, tomato etc.
