“Don't expect to get 4 star treatment here”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 20 August 2009

(Rooms 114, 113 and 111)
This four star hotel has a good location on a narrow beach. However the location is far from anythings else in Greece so you are somewhat stuck there. The worst thing is that the rooms are dated, musty, warn out, not enough light to even read, a non-functional bathtub (no stopper) only a handheld shower (believe it or not), a broken fridge, poor air-conditioner, and all the noice you can't handle. The short beds are as hard as oak boards. In general the staff is good, but smiles and courtesy are rare. There are never enough parking spaces, towels (some of them rags), beach sun-beds, or even beer glasses. The food is acceptable but presentation is like in the military. Hiring a dietician may bring down the starch and fat levels and possibly prevent everything from being severely overcooked and over-salted. The all included wines and ice cream are poor, and the coffee barely drinkeable. Young kids will be happy here. because of the beach, great pool and beautiully treed grounds that add plenty of shade. There is no internet in the rooms. Don't stay in for the evening entertainment unless you appreciate vulgar sketches.

“a very good beach hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 10 September 2007

can not be compared to a 4 star TOWN hotel.
positioned exactly on the main road, no shops or restaurants around, only for beach and relaxation purposes.
No where to go to, if arrived without a car.
Only two towns away, there's a nice place to walk with lot's of taverns and small shops : Khalitea.
Generally, my impresion was very good except for the aspect of the bathroom and THE DRINKS: all of them diluated
I've never been drinking such a "coffee" , actually was water with taste of coffe, the juices had no taste and the bear could not be recognized.
The room looked really good and the food was O.K. with no reserve. A little bit repetitive, but in a week I had time enough to taste it all
