This is the worst service I have encountered in the five times I have been to Greece. Unlike all my previous visits this one turned to be a nightmare for me and my wife. We visited the resort last September having seen the long coastline on our way to Halkidiki the previous year (which is magnificent by the way). The beach is not what it seems and is full of medium size rocks as you enter (nothing like the sandy beach we saw at the brochure) and you may only stare at the sandy bottom if you go to 10 meters depth. As for the sun tan chairs, well they charge you 3 Euros per day!. The rooms are typical of a 3* Greek hotel (you are supposed to be a in 5* hotel!) with rough cement walls painted white. There is central air-conditioning which they switch on only in the afternoon  the weather in mid-September was too hot for us. The swimming pool is too small for so many people (there must be more than 200 rooms) and since the recreation area is located next to the pool you cannot get a peaceful moment from the loud speakers of the outdoors aerobics class. The food is OK but not up to 5* hotel standards and to make it even worse they have only paper napkins at the table (this is a 5* hotel!). there is no fresh orange juice for breakfast and not even fresh milk to put on the cereals!! We ll try to be more careful next time.
