“Friendly staff, great view, delicious breakfast!”

As mentioned in previous reviews the hotel is located on top of a hill, a bit of a climb, especially if you are carrying any luggage. However, the hotel itself is cute and the staff are extremely friendly. Our room was simple and clean. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, great way to start your day. The view from the balconies and the breakfast terrace was amazing. The hotel is also a couple of minutes walk to the buses that will take you to the beaches all around mykonos. The hotel is full of character, exactly what you need when traveling to a new destination!

The hill climb is not worth all these bad reviews, it was actually funny coming back to the hotel late at night! i would definitely stay here again.

“If your gay, enjoy a hike to get to your room and don't have a fear of your things getting stolen, then you must stay at this ho”

Not advertised as a gay hotel, however your likely to get better service from hotel staff and owners if you are. Hotel is located in a very unsafe area, we couldnt even hang our bathing gear out to dry in fear that they would get stolen. Hotel is also located on top on a steep hill which makes it very pain full to get to to your room after a long day or night out!

“Excellent”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 September 2011

I will keep this short:
Great friendly staff
Excellent view/location
Great shower
The free breakfast was good and made it easier to start the day when traveling with a large group.
I had no problem getting the free wifi on my laptop in the room.

Yes there is a hill, and all the reviews are correct, it is steep; however there is a simple solution: At the bottom of the hill you can rent a 4 wheeler or scooter. They are cheap, I would not recommend driving one around the island (if you have never been the cabs do not have much regard for scooters) but it will get you up and down the hill with ease.

I would definitely stay here again.

“WOW, What a Hotel! What a View! What a Great Staff!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 25 August 2011

Okay, first off, we had a great room. We were on the 2nd floor with a balcony like the one they promote on their website and let me tell you...it was awesome! We couldn't have been more pleased!

The balcony was wonderful to sit on in the morning while having coffee or in the evening having drinks (or should I say...in the wee hours of the morning having drinks!)

There were 13 in our group in 7 rooms and everything went off without a hitch. The hotel picked up us from the airport on time and got us to the hotel where we were able to quickly check in to begin our vacation.

The beds were typical of Europe and just fine. However, the bathroom was above average. The shower was really nice. I probably took a few extra showers just because I enoyed it so much!

The breakfast was nice. Eggs (either scrambled or fried. One of the other each morning), either bacon or hot dogs (I thought the hot dog option was odd, but everyone said they were good...I wasn't really in for them for breakfast). There was also fruit, yougert, bread (not toast), cheese and cold meats.

The staff is one large family from what I gathered and they are all very, very nice. We enjoyed talking with them to gain information about the island and things to do. Great group of people.

The hotel is also across the street from Elysum Hotel, which is a gay hotel/pool bar. This place is ultra gay so if you're not in to that kind of thing, stay away, however if you are in to it...you'll love it....you won't love the drink prices though, that was a joke.

And now for the hill. The hill is real, it is steep and it should be a consideration if you have a fear of cardio. Once you get up the hill you really feel you're there to stay. So, get what you need from town before you start up the hill.

I would stay there again for sure, in fact, we're already planning on next trip. LOVED THIS PLACE!

“Very cute with sweetest staff”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 August 2011

Hotel is like a pelican perched on the hill overlooking Mykonos town.
Its 5 minutes walk to bus station or heart of the city. It has beautiful views of the area and rooms are very nicely furnished. The staff was very sweet and made us late breakfast. All around a great place to stay.
