Anna was the manager on site when we stayed and she was fantastic. She was helpful and very attentive! She had the chef bake a birthday cake for my sister's 40th birthday and I didn't even ask her to. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. The location was perfect with just a tiny little walk to town. That we helpful and it made for good sleep because it wasn't right near the clubs! The pool was sparkling and clean and the grounds were well kept. The room had great style and was roomy. The bathroom was soooooo cool with the neatest opal tile ever : ) they will pick you up and take you to the airport. Anna arranged our ferry to Santorini and our rental car. What else can I say...this hotel gets it! It's 5 star!

Theoxenia is the most luxurious hotel in the heart of Mykonos! The night clubs, the market and most of the beaches are nearby. The hotel has the most amazing place to have breakfast with a breath taking sea view! Also, the exterior and interior design it is made according to the islands traditional colors by using the simplicity of the material and the colorful tones. It is a unique property that must be visited!

I really, really loved my stay at this hotel. After coming from a not great experience at my Athens hotel, I could not have had a more different experience at the Mykonos Theoxenia. We were greeted by a warm staff who took our bags and offered us a drink while we were checked in. The room was amazing with a view of the water, and the pool was great. The location for us was perfect...a little secluded behind Little Venice, but a 2 minute walk into Mykonos town, and from the south, avoiding the cruise ship crowds coming from the north. I could go on, but I suffice to say I would tell any person traveling to Mykonos to stay at the Theoxenia.

This was our fifth time at the Theoxenia. We don't make a habit of return visits but this place just keeps pulling us back. A new manager was in place but on greeting us at reception, she had taken the trouble to find that we were regulars and gave us a free upgrade.

As in previous years the staff were highly trained, professional and courteous. A lot of hard work goes into making the guests' stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

We were delighted that the high standard has been maintained and even perhaps improved upon, and needless to say, we'll be back in 2012. Thanks to everyone at the Theoxenia, and well done!
